Message | Madam President, Members of Congress, As Home Secretary it is my duty to update this house on issues of domestic law and order. It is quite clear that the relaxing of effective police laws is having an impact on our country. The pro-life violent riots are a testament to that. However my real issue is that RABA was never completely destroyed and have now been encouraged to carry on the fight, particularly in the borderlands of our nation. Furthermore, according to our latest intelligence, the radical left terror organisation is now receiving most of its funding from outside this country and we also believe that there is a growing number of people arriving in this country coming to fight for them. They are taking advantage of our relaxed nationality, asylum, or work visa laws. I would therefore propose laws to cut off this foreign help - both funding and manpower - with a bill to step up security on our borders and take a firm hand with those who try to arrive here by the back door and cause havoc. In this way we can end the RABA threat once and for all. Once again if these effective laws are allowed to run their full course the threat will be dealt with and then we can repeal them. Message | RAC Party - on the contrary, our intelligence shows that RABA is emerging again. Perhaps if you had not given them a platform in the first place we would not be where we are now. The relaxation of police laws has certainly not helped either, and this foreign support must be quashed before the threat grows to big to deal with. Progressive Party - We only see all three articles as a temporary measure. Once the threat has been dealt with we would look to repeal. Again this would not have been necessary if we had been given the chance to finish the job we started, but hand wringing liberals start to call us "oppressive" and your party listens to them.
