Description[?]:
With the agreement of other countries concerned, Al'Badara will offer to lead a Majatran Navy, patrolling throughout the waters from Beiteynu to Kafuristan. Operating from bases located in Al'Badara, Selucia and any other countries agreeing to join, the Majatran navy will protect the sea lanes from those who threaten our security. The commander-in-chief of the Majatran navy will be designated by the Al'Badara vizier for defence, in consultation with other ministers including the vizier for foreign affairs and the Grand Vizier. This grand admiral will also command fleets of Selucia and other nations agreeing to contribute forces and have operational responsibility for defence of the entire area. Al'Badara will retain its own navy under independent command for the defence of home waters and such expeditions as may be approved by the government. |

Message | We clearly have an argumentative Voice of the People. They seem to argue for the sake of it! Either that or they are fiercely against everything anyone else would have to say... This plan seems good, although we would prefer an isolationist state. We will think about it, and deliver a decision once this bill is put to vote. |
