Old value:: There is a National Curriculum which all schools are obliged to follow.
Current: There is a National Curriculum which all government schools are obliged to follow; non-government schools are fully exempt
Proposed: There is no National Curriculum; curriculum policies for all schools are determined on a local level by local governments.
