Description[?]:
It has come to our attention that our long ally, the Pontesian Federation's sovereignty is being breached by their neighbor, Beiteynu. The State of Beiteynu has conducted an illegal bombing campaign in the Pontesian state, under the guise of "fighting terrorism". Beiteynu was not invited by the Pontesian Government to conduct any military operations on their behalf. As the nation is in Anarchy, Beiteynu has used this is their justification to conduct cross-border military operations to "protect key infrastructure". Message | I believe we should not get involved, they are our ally however. I would suggest sending equipment and monetary aide to help our allies unless the situation gets worse (ie. troops from Beiteynu start attacking) |

Message | I thank the Kazulmark Libertære Parti for their comment. Indeed this government does not want to get involved, and indeed we intend on sending aid to Pontesi, but I will inform the party that the state of Beiteynu, does not listen to the calls of its neighbors, this can be attributed to the previous Trigunian Prime Minister, who called on Beiteynu's assimilation of its minority groups to end, instead of bringing the atrocities to an end, these continued and decided to segregate minority group further, to the point of targeting Trigunian nations residing in Beiteynu in response. We do intend on using diplomacy in this case, but if matters become heated (armed conflict. i.e. troops from Beiteynu starting attacking after the diplomatic response by various nations and do not heed to the Wold Congress Resolution, I am afraid that the Minister of Defence will be asking the Crown and the Stortinget for a declaration of war. |

Message | Sending civilian aid to Pontesi is a must, further involvement in the conflict is something we should not do. But we should also let Beiteynu know that escalation of the conflict could drag us in to the conflict. |

Message | This is now a matter of our relations as we brought up the issue and it is a matter of an extremely close ally. It was propose to the Foreign Ministry by the Istalian Foreign Ministry for the dispatch of the International Response Task Force to Majatra. So the question is: Does the Ministry of Defence have permission to send said task force? |

Message | I agree that there should be something done about this issue, but I do not think a declaration of war would really help the situation more, rather it could make it worse. |

Message | Very well, the Foreign Minister has released a press release, issuing the official stance of the government on the matter, and also denied the statements made by the Ambassador. (Official Statement): http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=17&p=107237#p107237 |
