MessageOpposed. The government should manage this crucial component in modern research, especially when the stakes are so high. Private companies can not be trusted to do a complete job in something as dangerous as a space industry, especially when their primary motive is cutting costs to make a profit. Furthermore, space exploration involves extremely sensitive, top secret information in regards to the construction of space shuttles, etc. This information should not be shared with private individuals.

Random fact: "OOC", "IC" and "IG" are commonly-used acronyms in Particracy. "OOC" refers to comments, discussions and actions which are out-of-character, meaning they are done player-to-player rather than party-to-party. "IC" refers to in-character interactions (ie. party-to-party). Similarly, "IG" means in-game, although this term may also simply refer to what happens in the actual game interface, as opposed to on the forum or elsewhere. "RP" just means "role-play".

Random quote: "If a white man falls off a chair drunk, it's just a drunk. If a Negro does, it's the whole damn Negro race." - Bill Cosby
