A bill to decentralize parts of our system to allow for local governments to have more control over what i happening in they're state/city and to keep them motivated to deal with the problems in they're respective community's.

Also local governments are more able to react on the local situation than the central government therefore increasing efficiency and reliability.

Although we think this is rather too much localization, for example we believe gambling should have the same law nationwide, we support the general proposals in this bill and shall support.
