Message"On Article One- we should not permit unregulated foreign investment in state owned companies for reasons of the potential for undue influence. These foreign investments may be used to manipulate the Government into enacting and following policies preferential to foreign companies but that are detrimental to the population.
Article 2- the government should absolutely control the commanding heights. We will listen to a less extreme option that results in minor scale backs, but we shouldn't relegate the government to the position of janitor, sweeping and cleaning the messes of the private sector.
Article 3- we are happy to support in current form.
Article 4- again, we cannot be moved to allow private sector control of a basic need."
