| Hobrazia is limiting itself far too much with it's military. If other nations are constructing and experimenting with chemical and biological weapons then why should we allow ourselves to fall behind in the technology and later be held to ransom by our enemies that are fully equiped. The same applies to nuclear weapons. I am not saying we should build up stockpiles of WMD's but we should at least let it be known that we do have the capability to build them AND the strength and will to use them if needs be. |

| Message | This isn't any sort of declaration of war. We are not seen as a rogue/militaristic state so there should be no problems anywhere with our RIGHT to construct and store weapons there is nothing in the bill to suggest that any will be constructed but only that we can when the need arises. |

By the time we construct them the situtation would have develop beyond their deterring effect. In a war situation we need the funds to build up our conventional forces not waste on nuclear weapons that will never be used. |
