MessageSome foreign marriages do not comply with the kind of civil rights we respect and uphold in Baltusia. I am mainly talking about organised marriages carried out under duress, but in some countries - where incest is permitted - the marriage of close relatives.

We, as a nation, should not be encouraging this kind of immoral behaviour or in anyway legitimising it. It is time for a change of policy.
