| Message | Same proposal as last time, so read the arguments there first if you want to know the why. Now the Head of Government has some cutting to, as per advice of the RWE. It is more then double of the highest salary in Rildanor, sufficient to pay the HoS and it's secretaries. Furthermore, I wish to stress that we are having a -major- deficit currently, so cuts are neccesairy! This also because we can not raise taxes (not enough votes for), so the only way out of the deficit is to cut spending! Now, I want to make a note that if people are unhappy with this proposal, that we can adjust this easily after we have accepted this. If desired, we'll go in discussion about spending, but first we need to get rid of the deficit and create breathing space in the spending, so please vote yes. |

| Message | This country currently is running at a defiecit of over 16,000,000,000RCR, but cutting it by almost a half is very extreme, and it is not good for the country to such a large suplus. We would only support this bill if the budget cuts were reduce to a more realistic level. |
