MessageWhile we have a 33 billion Bel surplus, this uses it in its entirety and, at least by our estimates, creates a slight deficit. In addition, the proposal nearly triples the environmental department's budget while giving little to the health service. We have to agree with our colleagues in the BCFU in that we need to change the tax rates before increasing the budgets by the entirety of the surplus.
