Message | No! I agree with articles 1,2 and 6 but every other article is an infringement on personal and economic freedoms. Remove at least most of articles 3,4,5 and 7 and then I will think about supporting this bill. |

Message | OOC: Like I have said before, I strongly oppose the parliamentary rules that have been imposed -- I frankly think they butcher all creativity and fun of the game. The entire gameplay is about proposing bills, and I'm not going to let one thing be dictated by some obscure and -- no offense -- pointless rules. They serve no purpose but to force all players into a pattern that certain others think looks better. I ask to be exempted from the 'Parliamentary Rules of the Istalian Republic'. |

Message | RP Parliamentary Rules of the Istalian Republic (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=481875): [2] It's compulsory for the members of Parliament (players) to enter in the title of each bill that are going to propose to the Parliament the following specifications: 2.a) "D.d.l." (Disegno di legge): if it is a government's initiative bill, and therefore proposed by the government (through the parties that support him in parliament) after approval by the Council of Ministers; 2.b) "P.d.l." (Proposta di legge): in case the bill is proposed by a member of parliament individually or from his political group (in the opposition or into the government's majority). 2.c) If a D.d.l bill don't have none of two entries listed under the paragraph 2.a) and 2.b), this is considered as if it were a P.d.l. (non-governmental bill). |

Message | The parliamentary rules was approved with a majority of 2/3 of the parliament when proposed. We followed all the procedures for RP, it was not imposed by anyone. And I think that all the players that enter in a nation have to respect the existing RP. If there are problems or something that don't like all the players have the right to propose changement on the RP rules to be approved from the 2/3 of the players, not only those with seats. But about the limitation, I can't understand how could limit the players and their creativity. You are free to propose what you want and to write in the description what you want. What change if you write for example "P.d.l. 01/4127 - Law on the reform of the welfare" rather "Law on the reform of the welfare"? It's a way to be more similar to italy and to be more realistic. You too proposed a bill to be more similar to italy, it isn't? I explained why in that case it's preferable an ood number, it's something which affect the game. But this rules, especially the article about the Pdl or Ddl, do not affect the game or the creativity. Do not impose neither limitations on the arguments neither on the caracter or the history of the parties. |
