Message | Gun control limits the ability of lawful citizens to own a gun. You want to restrict the inherent right of the common man or woman to be able to purchase a gun freely and with no regulations? |

Message | Guns would make people safer. This IS about libertarianism. It's giving the people the right to own guns freely and with no restrictions. |

Message | Tell me, where does this "inherent' and 'god given' righ come from and where has it been written down? Otherwise, it would be complete nonsense. |
Date | 19:27:03, November 28, 2016 CET | From | National Libertarian Party | To | Debating the Gun Rights Act |
Message | It hasn't been written down. It is the right of anyone to purchase a weapon for lawful purposes without restrictions. To argue otherwise would be in essence arguing against citizen's rights. |

Message | You want to let everybody have a gun with no regulations, and you dare to say that that is not a safety question? Tell me, do you have any idea how dangerous our cities will become if this bill passes? |

Message | I think that you underestimate the instincts and mental abilities of our people. They aren't dumb and they will know how to be lawful and responsible. Will some unfortunate accidents occur? Yes, but this is the price of freedom. Accidents will occur, and no amount of gun control will ever fix them. By essentially getting rid of gun control, we entrust the people with this special right, and ask that they don't abuse it. You can always attempt to repeal these measures, but that would be impossible given the state of political affairs in Solentia. |

Message | I agree. The vast majority of this population is smart, lawful, and in favor of this proposal. We are not doing this only because of our libertarian ideology, but that is was apart of our platform and the voters of Solentia chose to elect us. |
