Description[?]:
First of all i want to thank the entire Rat and the people of dorvik to give us another chance to make this country even greater than it already is! We hereby announce our future plans. The first plan i want to reveal to all of you is our effort to improve our military even further. With the SAB project fully operational and effective thus far (20 foreign agents have been arrested and 4 missions have been conducted on foreign soil that helped us get more information from potential enemies) we have been working with the entire government to create a eco friendly extremely effective helicopter, we call it the Double Propelled Assault Chopper (D.P.A.C). This is the design for the aircraft: https://www.google.nl/search?q=double+propellor+helicopter&biw=1005&bih=650&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwjptoDjzsvQAhUFCBoKHcA3DgUQ_AUIBigB#tbm=isch&q=double+propellor+helicopter+avatar&imgrc=NgtFwb-rsu1_jM%3A Thanks to the fact that our party now has the ENTIRE government in its hands we have been able to work intensively and with great efficiency on this new assault helicopter. It is Eco friendly, relatively cheap, will create an approximate 20.000 jobs (For both pilots and workers to make them) and it comes in 2 variants a civilian one (Link to the design: https://www.google.nl/search?q=double+propellor+helicopter+avatar&biw=1005&bih=650&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwiyteqxz8vQAhUHSRoKHQoECbMQ_AUIBigB#imgrc=8a1tw-BOfkoDaM%3A ) which will be used by the police force as a more efficient way to enforce the law and the one i already mentioned which will be used by the military. We will start construction after preparations are finished once they are the following amount of units will be made. Civilian (police) design: 200 units Military grade (first design): 500 units More will be created and old helicopters replaced after half a year of intensive use and testing. We are greatly thankful for the entire government for this program, it will benefit the following ministery's/departments. Ministry of Defense Ministry of Internal Affairs Ministry of Trade and Industry Ministry of Environment (Eco friendly designs) This is the result of extreme cooperation and in our opinion shows the effectiveness of a minority government with one party. If you have any questions i would love to hear them! Pascal Rothenstein, State Chancellor of the Dorvish Republic and Chairman of the DKF |

Message | Mr. Speaker, I am amazed by the level of incompetence of our government. It almost left me speachless but there are some words that must be spoken about this utter- utter stupid idea. I am affraid that our ministers skipped their classes in universities or didn't actually attend them. Defence industry is private and government does not interfere in production of military equipment. That the Staatskanzler must have forgotten about. And you are not actually a good person to say how many people will find employment due to this project because that is up defence companies to decide. Uhhh.... god gives us strenght for the next four years or with luck some time less. Aaron Posse, DSU leader. |

Message | Mr. Speaker, Hahahahaha sorry mr speaker i am just completely overwhelmed by the stupidity of Mr. Posse. You seriously think that just because the defense industry is private our government can't create plans and designs for new military equipment of its OWN military? We have already talked with various private companies inside our country about a contract that will execute our entire plan through one of these company's. It will give them a big project to work on and enough income to finance they're company growth. We have lso discussed plans to let these company's grow on a slow basis by giving more private contracts in the future and this will create jobs Mr. Posse. Stop trying to pretent like you are god swinging with a staf and thinking you have a solution for everything because you don't. We have worked on this plan for 2 years and created the design in discussion with a private contractor. Pascal Rothenstein, State Chancellor of the Dorvish Republic and Chairman of the DKF |

Message | Mr. Speaker, unfortunately the only one who should stop playing is you. Your statements are full of gibberish and lack a basic sense of how to express your opinion. Maybe you're overwhelmed by your incompetence? Yes that's exactly how it works. It is not the government who design military equipment. Private companies do it after apropriate design request is issued. Scientists say the universe is made up of neutrons, protons and electrons. They forgot to mention morons like you. Message | Mr. Speaker, Isn't it amusing? The man that has lost so many support over recent years and still has the balls to talk like that? My statements are full of gibberish the people of Dorvik want to see. If you call 24 million people gibberish i think you have a problem Mr. Posse. You are weak just like your pathetic established party's. It is time for Dorvik to Rise again. Paul Rothenstein, State Chancellor DKF |

Message | Mr. Rothenstein, Why is it acceptable for you to be an idiot but not for me to point it out? Your proposals and ideas lack justification and common sense. Unfortunately stupidity is not a crime, so you are free to go. Aaron Posse, DSU leader. |

Message | And one more thing, carry on and produce your 'eco-friendly' helicopters from two centuries ago. Aaron Posse, DSU |

Message | Mr speaker, The government has so much power, so much money and potential. They could do so much. And yet, they build a helicopter. I am disappointed and believe that Dorvik can do so much better. I don't care if this new hlicopter can do everything you could want, is the government actually doing anything else. If the limit of their governance is helicopters then I fear for Dorvik's future. |

Random fact: When it comes to creating a Cultural Protocol in a Culturally Open nation, players are not necessarily required to provide a plausible backstory for how the nation's cultural background developed. However, the provision of a plausible backstory may be a factor in whether Moderation approves the Cultural Protocol if players in surrounding nations question its appropriateness for their region of the game map. |
