MessageWe currently support the totalitarian ruling families.
It seems the liberal parties drove the opposition out of the country with death threats and is now engaged in a creative rewrite of history.
Other comments or should we put this up to a vote?

MessageCan i speak for Deltaria on this issue.

We have never driven them from Deltaria with death threats, In the time i have been in Deltaria (30 years) they after my first elections accused me of treason, had many of the people who voted for me executed, called me a heathen and then tried to get rid of me. They have always despised democracy and freedom. We bring in choice for the people and they take it away, we lead people in celebration and the quality of life is much better than under the former totalitarian government.

The main reason they left was due to the fact that the early elections they all voted for led to a liberal majority, they knew this would mean that they would have to wait 7 years for the next election in accordance with the constitution which they put in place. These calls now made on the forum for deltaria to be embargoed and invaded to restore them to power is a desperate attempt to regain authority over the people who they call, peseants, what sort of free people are called peseants?

In relation to the History, that is not being re-written. The only re-write is the information side and the update of the main Deltarian page to reflect the modern Deltaria we are trying to create. We have worked for a peaceful Deltaria one which does not surprise attack its neighbours and one that does not find any excuse to attack and invade nations weaker than itself. We have been allowed to join the allied nations and SOTO, which will help develop Deltaria into a modern country and take it away from these stupid feudal, medieval beliefs that the totalitarians hold dear.

However, the totalitarians have now returned to Deltaria, if they were really running in fear would they have done this, No. They left because they could not accept being out of power and to allow more allies of theirs into Deltaria so they can regain it and again subjugate the people to a reigme of fear.

MessageIt is clear that any form of governement that restricts the people the power to govern itself is a dead end road. We can not possibly support any attempt to enlarge or nurture the power of any totalitarian regime.

This is unacceptable and we must see that this power is broken. For the people and by the people.
