Description[?]:

Given the Game Rules: http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=6363 I propose you a simple introduction of english translated titles alongside those in "istalians" to facilitate the understanding of the cultural variables and in respect of not talian native speakers.

Thank you

MessageWhile I support this in principle -- I even just lectured Popolari on how they should use English in communication -- I think it just looks more messy with both Italian and English like that. I'm not vehemently opposed to the change, but I prefer the old, Italian-only verison. Aside from that, I'm grateful that you took the time to edit the national anthem.

As you can see in the rules you referenced, titles are allowed to be in foreign languages. It is only debating and other similar communication that is required to take place in English. And only a few players *cough* Popolari *cough* do not abide by this.

What is stated in rule 3.2, "Playing Particracy generally requires players to be able to communicate in English to a reasonable standard of ability..." is a much bigger issue facing Istalian gameplay than these titles, in my personal opinion.

MessageYes, you have reasons about Figlioccio and in fact under this bill I asked him to write in english http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=494045.

About this proposal, I thought only to facilitate the lives of the non-istalian speaker players inside the country but also of foreign nations. A way to allow also to them to better understand the cultural variables of the nation.

I hope also the other players will express their position.

Thank you.

Random fact: In Culturally Protected nations, it is the responsibility of players to ensure the candidate boxes on their Party Overview screens are filled in with appropriate names. If a player is allotted seats in a Cabinet bill and has not filled in names for the relevant candidate position, then the program will automatically fill in the positions with names which might not necessarily be appropriate for the Cultural Protocols.

Random quote: "If liberty and equality, as is thought by some are chiefly to be found in democracy, they will be best attained when all persons alike share in the government to the utmost." - Aristotle
