| Message | While I support this in principle -- I even just lectured Popolari on how they should use English in communication -- I think it just looks more messy with both Italian and English like that. I'm not vehemently opposed to the change, but I prefer the old, Italian-only verison. Aside from that, I'm grateful that you took the time to edit the national anthem. As you can see in the rules you referenced, titles are allowed to be in foreign languages. It is only debating and other similar communication that is required to take place in English. And only a few players *cough* Popolari *cough* do not abide by this. What is stated in rule 3.2, "Playing Particracy generally requires players to be able to communicate in English to a reasonable standard of ability..." is a much bigger issue facing Istalian gameplay than these titles, in my personal opinion. |

About this proposal, I thought only to facilitate the lives of the non-istalian speaker players inside the country but also of foreign nations.
