| Message | OOC: Hutori is currently has one of Terra's best militaries. We could definitely preserve the democratically elected government. I'd have a couple of hurdles to overcome. Some factions in Hutori would need a definite reason to declare war and others would like something in return. Although I could probably temper the latter. However, we won't if you don't want us involved in your RP. |

Telamon surrendered under these conditions: 1.Laukstuva/Telamon will have only one recognized culture, 2.Many constitutional changes will occur, 3.
