Message | Mr. Speaker, "Right to adultery"? What does that even mean? What a irrational proposal? Why should we protect by law the right to extramarital sex? Let's be reasonable. Aaron Posse. |

Message | Mr Speaker, Why shouldn't we protect that right! It's up to people what they do, we need to protect that right. Felix Hoehmann, State Chancellor |

Message | Mr. Speaker, Once again I repeat the very basic but relevant example. Protecting the adultery by law which include imposing a law which will legalise adultery, and I am not saying it should be illegal, we practicly ban thousands of people wanting to get a divorce due to being cheated on by their spouse from getting the right to do so. My another argument is based on moral grounds. What example do we give to our next generations with this law? Yes it's up to people but it doesn't mean that their right to do so which may be not ethical should be protected by law. We do not have any provision on adultery and we should keep it that way. Nobody is prosecuting anyone for cheating on his or her spouse. DSU is aggainst this proposal which clearly makes this disgusting act of adultery legal. Aaron Posse. |

Message | Mr Posse, People can get a divorce for any reason, a lack of love etc. Dear god man, what decade do you think we live in? As for moral grounds, it is too broad a scenario to brand "immoral", there may be some moral or rational cases for it. It's about time your party stopped acting holier than thou and got up to date! Felix Hoehmann, State Chancellor |

Message | Mr. Hoehmann, maybe your party should read their proposals more accurately. Did I say that people cannot get a divorce for any other reason than adultery? I do not think so. There is no need to put another governmental stance into force by labeling adultery as legal. Current status of not recognizing adultery neither as a crime or legal act is the most reasonable. Message | Mr Posse, You said "we practically ban thousands of people wanting to get a divorce due to being cheated on by their spouse from getting the right to do so". Thus my statement stands. Felix Hoehmann, State Chancellor of the Dorvish Republic |
