| This bill proposes to readdress and solve the question of the Solentian-Istalian Common Industrial Program (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=493451). The program was approved, but the question of funding came to a standstill. Therefore we propose the following: i. To take a vote of the new Senate to gauge a solid 'yes' or 'no' on the construction of an aircraft carrier. ii. If the vote is yes, then the Senate asks for a new appropriations bill to add 3 billion SOL to the defence budget for a period of Four Years to pay for the construction, initial maintenance and launching of this new military program. After which the defence budget may be lowered to reflect new changes. |
