The Solentian Space Agency, an agency subject to the Ministry of Science and Technology of the Republic shall be tasked with the following goals: i. An increase to science potential and a better understanding of our universe. The potential for space probes from space orbiters to landers to collect information and provide the stepping stones to settling other plants and travelling the galaxy. ii. The management and regulation of all satellite operations. Revenue from licenses issued to private entities and general regulations promoting safe and ethical practice in space. iii. An increase to military capabilities including worldwide real-time intelligence and capability for advanced nuclear capabilities such as Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles. |

Old value:: Space exploration and use shall be totally unregulated.
Current: The government shall issue permits to private space-exploration companies.
Proposed: The government shall fully fund a state-owned space agency which controls all national space-related activity.
