| The National Stimulus Act is designed to make the Republic of Solentia a leading nation by: 1. Providing the foundations for a stronger economy, 2. Fixing and improving national infrastructure, 3. Building a first-world military, 4. And providing unmatched quality of life for all Solentians. The full plan will be released in a series of bills. A 'facilities upgrade' will be awarded to every Ministry to help in the physical maintenance, improvement, and upgrade of Ministry properties. 'Systems production funds' provide funding above and beyond normal budgets for increased production, research, maintenance, and repair of military hardware. This Act calls for a withdrawal of [200 BILLION SOL] from the Treasury and the allocation of funds to the Ministry of Defence for the purpose of: 100 billion - Nuclear Arms & Space Warfare Fund - A fund to assist in 1) production of additional nuclear arms and advanced launch systems, 2) to launch at least two Ministry of Defence satellites into orbit to gain real-time global intel and expansion of Space capabilities 3) development and construction of Intercontinental Ballistic Missile System. 30 billion - Naval Warfare Systems Production Fund 25 billion - Air Force Aerospace Systems Production Fund 25 billion - Army Land & Air Warfare Systems Production Fund 10 billion - Base and Post Upgrade Fund - A fund to update all military posts and bases. 5 billion - Armed Forces National Service Fund - A fund to defray costs of increasing enlistment due to the National Service Act. 4 billion - Veteran's Healthcare Task Force - To improve treatment and care facilities. 1 billion - Ministry facilities upgrade fund |
