| The National Stimulus Act is designed to make the Republic of Solentia a leading nation by: 1. Providing the foundations for a stronger economy, 2. Fixing and improving national infrastructure, 3. Building a first-world military, 4. And providing unmatched quality of life for all Solentians. THIS IS THE FINAL PORTION OF THE NATIONAL STIMULUS ACT A 'facilities upgrade' will be awarded to every Ministry to help in the physical maintenance, improvement, and upgrade of Ministry properties. This Act calls for a withdrawal of [176 BILLION SOL] from the Treasury and the allocation of funds to the following Ministries: Trade and Industry 25.5 billion 25 billion - Thespiae Economic Development Zone: Thespiae, Shinatawa is situated midway between Halion & Romula and is located in the fastest growing trading zone in Southern Majatra. With assistance, we believe Thespiae will become one of the richest, busiest, and productive port cities in Terra. Therefore, we propose a program to: a. Provide tax subsidies to grow new business, b. Provide immediate improvements to local infrastructure such as improvements to roads, widening of shipping lanes, improvement to shipyards, etc. c. Full integration with the Halion-Romula Super Highway and with the Trans-Solentian Pipeline Network. 500 million - Ministry facilities upgrade Infrastructure and Transport - 150.5 billion 35 billion - Trans-Solentia Interstate System Fund: Improvements, streamlining, and modernization of our national highway system. 20 billion - Trans-Solentia Pipeline - The TSP will provide a more efficient flow of product from our oil and natural gas rich state of Nukeya to our refiners and shippers in the coast and in Thespiae, as well as provide the very first modern, integrated pipeline network for the entire country. 20 billion - Halion-Romula Super Highway Fund - Historically running from Halion to the Istalian capital of Romula, this highway is a path for the movement of many billions in trade and product each year. What remains of the highway has been in ill-repair and over the years has bled into other roads and communities. Therefore, we propose expansion, modernization, and streamlining of this into a massive Super Highway starting north from Halion south down our eastern coast, connecting to the Thespie EDZ and to the border of Istalia. This highway will allow the quick inspection of trucks and goods, flow commuter traffic easily, and provide speed to our military forces as they move across the country. The Super Highway will be a piece of the Trans-Solentian Interstate System and allow quick access to and from the interior of our country. 20 billion - Regional Highway, Bridges, Road Construction ‘No Dirt Roads’ Fund 20 billion - Port Expansion Fund: To expand shipping lanes, shipyards, and warehouses on our coasts. 15 billion - Energy Provider Tax Credit for Improvement Fund 10 billion - National Water Supply Task Force 10 billion - Airport Tax Credit for Improvement Fund 500 million - Ministry upgrade fund |
