| Ladies and gentlemen. Upon detailed examination of our legislation we've encountered a sad point that desperately needs our correction. The same country that believes in prisioners' rehabilitation providing them with a education plan let the use of torture on suspects be legal. Who decides what situation is "emergencial" enough to warrant such a ruthless agression to another human being like that? Do we wanna go back to some of our darkest days that thankfully stayed in the past? We need to change this legislation, my friends, before one of us or our loved ones end up on the receiving end of such a horrific act... |
