About education, we are NOT excluding religion of people's lives. We just have a philosophy which schools are a place to teach Science, Languages, Human Science, Culture... not religion. Religion can be taught in religious schools or churches. Savio Luiz, Minister of Education and Culture About the foreign aid, we are NOT discriminating them (the poorer countries), but we can't afford an all-time aid even if they hadn't any disaster. We have issues to solve in our country, and they aren't part of us. When they suffer a disaster we must agree a full aid is needed to help them to rebuild themselves.
