Proposer: Patch Killmillion, Education Secretary Article 2: a. All schools, public and private, have an obligation to teach a standard amount of set content. b. This content is fully detailed by the Department for Education and updated annually. c. The content is limited to the following; - 1. One hour of Literacy daily, to include a variation of reading, writing and penmanship. Early Years education must include the teaching of basic phonics. -2. One hour of Numeracy daily, to include a variation of arithmetic, statistics and problem solving. -3. 25 hours of Citizenship annually, to include the basics of the Solentian constitution, political system, history and Solentian values. |
