Description[?]:
Mr Speaker Put simply, we are seeing damaging excess across a number of industry. CEO pay is out of step with community expectation, and the rates of renumeration in some instances are obscenely higher than the average workers. This does nothing for productivity, but is creating a severe imbalance in our share of wealth and income. It's time for the government to put a cap on salaries. We propose that a firm may not pay more than 10x its mean employee income to its highest paid executives. Hermann Gladki Leader, Sozialistische Zukunftspartei |
