MessageGreat friends of the BPP!

Our party feels that smoking regulations are the most fair policy possible for us to apply. We would argue that smoking regulations should even be national matter and not local. We are not telling the people what they can or cannot do with their privates lives. We are just reassuring that no one who don't want to smoke are forced to do it anyway in an passive manner. This is an health issue more than an freedom one, as, like we said, the government doesn't forbid any citizen to smoke their own cigars in private quartes.

The advertising proposition can create some problems, friends, and we will enunciate how. If all advertising are permitted, without any kind of control or official regulation, then a lot of offensive propaganda can be made without discretion. Minorities can portrayed in and prejudicial way, old stereotypes can be repeated like society hasn't changed, etc. We don't think this would be an good idea...

Random fact: Real-life organisations should not be referenced in Particracy, unless they are simple and generic (eg. "National Organisation for Women" is allowed).

Random quote: "We must show that liberty is not merely one particular value but that it is the source and condition of most moral values. What a free society offers to the individual is much more than what he would be able to do if only he were free. We can therefore not fully appreciate the value of freedom until we know how a society of free men as a whole differs from one in which unfreedom prevails." - Friedrich August Hayek
