MessageGreeting, friends!

Thank you for the usually great work, BRRP! We agree with the general feeling of the proposed bill. We would like to add that counter-intelligence is not an "limitation", as the text of the change suggests. The only difference our great friends are proposing is linked to the elimination of "all types of covert operations in other countries". Would any of you friends like to know that some other country is listening to our phone calls, our political talks, our national plans? Than why should we do this kind of invasion to them? If some party is worried about national defense against possible threats, please, we ask you to reconsider the proposed change: "counter-intelligence" covers all of these concerns, as the best defense mechanism that we would still maintain in our legislation. That's why we vote yes to the proposed bill.

Random fact: Players have a responsibility to differentiate between OOC (out-of-character) and IC (in-character) behaviour, and to make clear when they are communicating in OOC or IC terms. Since Particracy is a role-playing game, IC excesses are generally fine, but OOC attacks are not. However, players must not presume this convention permits them to harass a player with IC remarks that have a clear OOC context.
