| Article I.) Upon the passage of this Bill all matters of National Defence will be placed under the command and control of the Federal Ministry of Defence. Article II.) The President will serve as Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces of the Federation of Zardugal. Article III.) Command and Control can be devolved from the President to the Federal Minister of Defence as they see fit. Article IV.) Internal Command Structure can be devised by Ministry of Defence. Article V.) The Zardic Armed Forces will be comprised of the Zardic Federal Army, the Zardic Federal Air Force, the Zardic Federal Navy and the Zardic Federal Marine Corps. Article VI.) All State Militaries are to be de-mobilized and placed under Federal Command. State Militaries will still have the ability to create "State National Guard" Forces. State Government's will have Command and authority over State National Guards but will be put under Federal Command during times of war. |
