WHEREAS the growing influence of foreign owned media is seen to be a negative effect. RECOGNISING that in today’s geopolitical landscape the media is being increasing used as a tool for foreign manipulation which is having a deleterious effect on the Democratic Republic of Ikradon. THEREFORE No media outlet shall be owned entirely by foreign entities, and the maximum percentage of foreign ownership shall be limited to a total of 20% of the Company. CONSEQUENTLY we prepose to counter this by the creation a state owned and run Television and Radio station. |
