| Article I.) Zardic Federal Reserve Bank 1.) Following the Passage of this Bill the Federal Government will establish the Zardic Federal Reserve Bank as the sole National Bank. 2.) The ZFRB will be placed under the administration of the Ministry of Finance 2.1) the ZFRB will be controlled by a Board of Governors appointed by and chaired by the Minister of Finance 3.) The ZFRB will have sole authority over Monetary Matters pertaining to the Zardic Economy, printing of currency, controlling the exchange rate and Prime Borrowing Rate. Article II.) National Banks 1.) All Banks current under Federal Control other then the ZFRB will be sold to private investors. 2.) Proceeds from Sale will be applied to the National Debt. |
