1.) Businesses and Corporations that utilize this type of management style will have a tax break of 75% off of the regular Corporate Tax Rate.

Article II.) Vital Services
1.) Unions representing the following services considered "vital to society" will be required to ensure minimal services during any Labour dispute or Strike; Police, Fire Protection, Healthcare, Education, Public Service related

This Bill is reset Labour Relations and give employers an equal opportunity at the bargaining table rather then the lopsided way Labour Relations were handled previously.

We will note that Democratic Worker Council's have not been banned nor impeded in anyway. Any companies and corporations currently using them are more then free to continue to do so and enjoy the tax breaks offered. This Bill merely offers new corporations and companies the ability to govern themselves as they wish, though obviously they won't enjoy the more generous tax rate generally offered.
