Message | Greetings, friends of the biggest party in this legislature! We trust your Priem Minister's guidance to take Beluzia to great heights! On to the bills: We agree to the need of changing when it comes to the first law. We wouldn't make the proposed change, though. We're pretty sure this kind of disagreements will always happen between us because they're based in our views of the best political system. Your party makens an great effort trying to give more power to the local governments, taking an somewhat federalist stance. We live in other political spectrum when it comes to that. And like we always say, it's not about distrust, it's about having an national coordenated effort instead of what we views as fragmentation of national issues. Like what's proposed on Article 2. The libraries are an important part of preserving identities and pushing literacy and education. We will not give such valuable task to local governments, It has to be an national program, like we currently have. That's why we vote no for the bill.
