| WHEREAS religions and religious organizations contribute greatly to charitable causes. WHEREAS recognized and vetted religions are legitimate organizations which work to serve numerous citizens of the nation in positive ways, and unlike many unrecognized religions are not scams designed to exploit the people of the nation. WHEREAS the funds received from religious taxation are not crucial to the national budget or economy. Recognized religions shall no longer be taxed by the government, and shall thus be allowed to use more funds in the pursuit of public service and ministry to their followers. |
