Article I An Act that requires any and all government officials, be they civilian or military, to take a public oath. This public oath shall require government officials: “To promise to perverse and defend the Constitution of the Marele Ducat al Voronei (Grand Duchy of Vorona) from all enemies, both foreign and domestic”. Article II Any breech of this oath, or refusal to take said oath, shall result in immediate disqualification of government service; and application any other national law(s) thereof. |
