MessageHigher education is a luxury not a necessity. If you have the talent for it you can either pay for it or seek a sponsor.

It should not be the place of government to pay for lazy youths to lounge about a university campus at the expense of the workers, doing little more than philosophising on where they can next get stoned or drunk!
