Message | Aldo Martiri, whip of PSLI: "Mr Gellini, do you propose to establish a "question time"? The PSLI is open to the proposal. As you said, every time that a party want ask a question to the Government it could create a bill, but the other party could partecipate? And when the question time finish? The bill? Have to be launched or we have to ask in the forum to clear out it? |

Message | Let it be clear that a bill will be kept in debate section where every one can ask questions from govt.We can decide on Q/A time.I think it should keep on continue for the complete term of a govt. ONE BILL WOULD SERVE FOR THE WHOLE TENURE OF GOVT. i.e 4years. On arrival of new govt. A new bill will be created for that. Thanks. Camorata. |

Message | Ok, but in this case someone that will paste a question have to write a message to the government parties with which informe them that a question was write in the Q/A bill. Just because with a long list of questions and answers may go unnoticed yet another question. |

Message | OOC: There should, though, definitely be a limit to how many questions can be asked by each party. Something like 4 for each party, in each 4-year term. So 1 per year for each party. The power to remove a certain minister should also be used extremely rarely. |

Message | Qs will be asked. We dont think there should be a limit.Questions/Answers should be justified. Power to remove minister will be used when its performance/answers are not satisfactory. |

Message | I think that a simple answer, even if not satisfactory, it's a motivation too weak to remove a minister but I think that for the RP we could also accept a vote of no-confiance. But this have to be used responsibly. |

Message | OOC: In real life, "question time" in parliament does not take place constantly. In most countries, it's 1 time per week. So a limit should definitely be imposed. At least I will not spend all my free time in here answering questions. |

Message | OOC: in effect, without limit this tool could be used as a way to make obstruction and slow down the legislative process. |

Message | OOC: Exactly. There *must* be a limit. |
