| Claudio De Michelis, Minister of Foreign Affairs: "Given the total refuse of the Yeudish Republic of Beiteynu to deal with other nation and with the World Congress, recognizing the total indifference of the government Beiteynu to the strong reactions of condemnation towards their segregationist policies http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=493602, being convinced that this is a measure that no civilized nation can avoid to apply, The Government want propose finally to the Parliament this resolution to establish sanctions and an embargo against Beiteynu in this form: """With this resolution, which have force as a law, the Repubblica Istaliana officially imposes trade ed economical sanctions, including a trade embargo, on the Yeudish Republic of Beiteynu. This resolution forbid to trade all kind of goods, services and funds with Beteynu, so all export and imports for and from Beiteynu are banned. This resolution authorizes the Repubblica Istaliana to deny the validation of beiteynuese Visa, in incoming as outgoing, for all the nationals as well as foreign citizens. Istalia refuse to authorize landing of planes and docking of ships of beiteynuese origin, except if there is an emergency or if come a request of political asylum. Any violation of this disposition is punishable by fines and prison sentences, commensurated with the gravity of the infringement, as well as can also result in a trial for minor treason for acts against the national interest. If the Parliament give their authorization for a special bill, presented by the Government as well as by a Party, Istalia is authorized to organize or partecipate in humanitarian mission in favor of the oppressed part of the population of Beiteynu. Finally, the Istalian Government reserves the right to authorize activities in support of the beiteynus oppressed part of the population: the people involved in such activities and their actions are not punishable by the provisions of this law. | Message | Hon. Romez, I presented this bill cause the evolution of the situation in the security council. The PNI have to understand that some events, especially the international events, do not wait for the electoral calendar of the nations. I'm conscius that the vote we will have to be lauched again under the next government, but we had to express a strong position on this matter. Show the unity of the Nation to respond to the segregational policy of Beiteynu and I hope that in the next legislature all of us will leave the internal political divergences out of this matter.
