WHEREAS the history of Kanjor has shown that the right of citizens to carry arms is crucial to the principles of liberty and freedom, as well as the preservation of the democracy.

WHEREAS there is already significant government regulation on the types of weapons citizens may own, and permits are required for concealed weapons.

WHEREAS property owners should be allowed to decide on their own accord whether or not to allow weapons on their property.

The PLD proposes the following bill in hopes of furthering the freedoms of the people of Kanjor in a reasonable and responsible manner.
