Bill: Resolution on Running For Seat C- 4148

Details

Submitted by[?]: Lodamese National Democratic Party

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: June 4139

Description[?]:

Mr. Speaker,

I put forward in a democratic way- since we are the best democratic state in the terra- may we vote on the following and then move forward with this:

Greetings esteemed and honourable individuals,

I contact you today in relation to the elections to the World Congress Security Council. After carefully analysing the landscape of Seat C, I have come to the conclusion that Aldegar cannot support Kalistan- they are simply too in bed with the Organisation of Ahmadi Cooperation. Consequently, I have been forced to consider the alternatives. Most nations (e.g. Tukarali, Alduria, Likatonia) simply have no chance whatsoever of winning the seat. The remaining contenders in my view would then be Baltusia and Saridan. While Saridan has undoubtedly been targetted they are such a toxic nation that it would be foolish to align oneself with the regime. Baltusia, on the other hand, has become something of an accessory for Kalistan.

Consequently, I feel I have no choice but to ask the 2nd Great Democratic Republic of Lodamun to consider running for the seat yourselves. In my view, you are the only nation who can unseat Kalistan, albeit in the long term. Please consider my request carefully.

Kind Regards,

Vazir -ye Divân Tutak Esfahani

MessageMr. Speaker,

We cannot hastily vote to run for Seat C. I have been in talks with Vazir -ye Divân Tutak Esfahani, and we are discussing a proper strategy that we will take before deciding to run for Seat C. Foreign Affairs is best left to the Foreign Affairs Ministry.
