| Message | Mr. Speaker, I'm not sure of the environment in which my colleague, Mr. Boardman, grew up in, but I can assure him that people do not do incestuous things, and those who do are outliers in a civil society. In case it may be helpful, and may I remind him that it is currently illegal--if caught, of course--, there are a number of therapeutic centers around Luthori for those mentally... "off".
