Old value:: All refugees are welcome but no financial aid is given to them.
Current: All refugees are welcome, regardless of their reason, and given aid in integrating them into the country.
Proposed: Only refugees that are victims of extreme circumstances are welcome; they are given integration-aid.

Message | Explainations: 1) Charity should not require a cost. 2) What denotes a refugee? Can anyone use any excuse to enter our country, take land, increase crime and so forth? Only those with real reasons should be allowed to enter. And then we must ensure they contribute to our society. |
