| Message | We would abstain from the voting, but our institutional respect always guides us to consult the Minister in charge of the areas that are being in line of key changes. Everytime an budget is proposed our party feels the need to consult the Minister of Finance to see if said proposal is in conformity with the executive economic plans going forward.
