| Parti de Renevoullement de Kanjor wants to save federal government resources and optimize the forest protection by through new legislation delegating the responsibility of forest protection out to the États. Seeing there are varying degrees of forest in our country, we do not believe it is efficient resource management to have a national forest agency. We believe État funding and organization of local forest protection agencies as well as local laws can optimize the forest protection as decisions being made closer to actual said forests, by local officials, will have deeper consideration of local needs in detail. It will lead to better decision-making than today's being made from the capital and headquarters of the National Forestation Authority (NFA). We also believe that local legislators, knowing local environmental issues, can help adjust policies according to the local needs. We strongly encourage the local politicians to take responsibility of these issues, however if the État Senators don't find enough resources or reason (e.g not enough forest) to set up local forest protection, forestry should be up to the private sector. Parti de Renevoullement de Kanjor suggests to the members of the Sénate approval of the bill, proposing the following: |
