Old value:: All adults not supported by another person shall be guaranteed a very basic subsistence income by the government. However, the provision of this is not to exceed a certian period of time.

| Message | I like this bill, however, I am opposed to it due to the fact that I feel some individuals will abuse this system, never seeking employment or form of support. Therefore I feel there has to be some sort of time limitation with a bill like this. |
