Description[?]:

Mr Speaker, honored members of this body,

Too often we have people, of low income, who are forced to car pool, walk long distances, or simply cannot travel for work or for every day activities such as going to the store, or to a house of worship, or to visit loved ones. We can and we ought to do something about it. We should less the burden of travel expenses for those who are already struggling to make ends meet.

MessageMr. Speaker,

Devolution is a cherished value held firmly by millions of Luthorians in all five duchies. In addition, our country is diverse. More urban Geharon would see more benefits from public transport than more rural Yodukan. Our current policy of local governments determining what is best for them works. This policy the Workers Party is proposingwould simply force people to pay for a program they don't need.

I yield.
