Message | Mr. Speaker, Devolution is a cherished value held firmly by millions of Luthorians in all five duchies. In addition, our country is diverse. More urban Geharon would see more benefits from public transport than more rural Yodukan. Our current policy of local governments determining what is best for them works. This policy the Workers Party is proposingwould simply force people to pay for a program they don't need. I yield. Kenneth Buckley Leader of the HDU |
