MessageOOC: As I have said on the other bill;
"Any aggression, war etc. would require Baltusian cooperation and given that we haven't discussed this in any way (the player who proposed the bill didn't even ask me first)"

There's no conflict to be had here, just a petty dispute over a monarch's title :)

MessageRepública Democrática do Tukarali is a nation right in between Aldegar and Baltusia. Despite it being a neighboring country, we have few diplomatic ties to it. It is led by the Social Democratic party. If it came to war between Aldegar and our great country, we would need to make sure República Democrática do Tukarali would not aid our enemies, and maybe even help us.

MessageI do not believe we should go to war. However, as mentioned above, it would not hurt to seek out allies from our close neighbours to stop any aggression in its tracks. Turkarali is certainly a good bet, as is neighbouring Gaduridos - both would give us a solid defensive buffer and a strategic territorial advantage if we need to launch an attack.

For now I think we should just maintain defensive readiness and let diplomacy do the talking.

    Random fact: Players have a responsibility to differentiate between OOC (out-of-character) and IC (in-character) behaviour, and to make clear when they are communicating in OOC or IC terms. Since Particracy is a role-playing game, IC excesses are generally fine, but OOC attacks are not. However, players must not presume this convention permits them to harass a player with IC remarks that have a clear OOC context.
