MessageMr Speaker,

We believe that the current cabinet will get the best for Baltusia in the current situation so we have to vote no. The current foreign, defence and justice ministers know the situation inside out and it would be a very bad idea to get rid of them, as they are conducting negotiations which should be left to them.

MessageMadame President,

Given the turbulent times that we find ourselves in, Congress would be irresponsible in ratifying this minority cabinet proposal. It would leave our nation vulnerable to those who are attempting to undermine our democracy by any means possible - after all, it would be no better than crowning a monarch if we attempted to govern by minority!

It must therefore point out that under Article 7 of our Constitution it states that the current cabinet will continue to assist you until a time when a different cabinet is ratified.

Subsequently, I suggest you take up Mr Burgmuller on his historic offer - that is to work with the expert team of ministers in position from the Right Alliance parties. As mentioned, they have the experience and pedigree to see you through this crisis - and have the backing of the largest caucus in Congress to boot.

Is this acceptable?

Majority Speaker of the House

MessageWe do not need to "grab" power. We have a majority in Congress already. We are simply offering to work with the President during a time of crisis. Please overcome your paranoia for the good of the country.
