(This bill was proposed by the minister of Education and Culture Tiana Hill) We need to ensure that every student of Hutori have the same education and the same chances of success in life. If every student from every school receive the same exact education the value of the diploma will raise and it will be easier for the public school students to find a jobs when they grow up. |
