Description[?]:
The New Democratic Party of Hutori propose to adjust the government's spending budget to better address the economic and social situation of the Federal Republic of Hutori. This budget,as you know would make massive cuts to the defence ministry in order to fund priority departments such as Healthcare,Education and Infrastructure more. And there are many new schemes to be implemented as part of this budget. First of all,Yes this is a Very Progressive budget but this budget is what the people of this country require in the current situation. The Reasons why we are cutting the defence budget are:- 1.Our nation is at peace,we are spending much higher on defence which can be cut for at least one financial year. 2.Due to these cuts the Weapons Upgradal and Procurement Scheme(WUPS)Being undertaken by the Army will be cut in this financial year. What does the increased spending for the Aforementioned 3 priority departments mean?? 1.The Increased Healthcare Funding will help the government to initiate a veteran's health insurance scheme which will cover around 100,000 veterans. 2.The National Health Service will be expanded to provide free and fair Healthcare to all Hutorians.and to ensure that Healthcare is a right and not a privilege.Any existing loopholes will be closed The increased funding for education ensures that:- 3.The national School's and Colleges Upgradal Scheme will be initiated to review and improve the quality of all educational institutions in Hutori this will also include newer technology for classrooms to help teachers efficiency 4.The National Free Education Scheme will be initiated which will provide free education for low income students from their Pre school till they complete their high school. If their marks are satisfactory,All of their university expenses will be borne by the government. The increased spending for infrastructure department means that:- 1.4 Wind Power Stations to be constructed in Northern Kenai,Western Falristan,Eastern Roccato and Southern Adelia which could produce affordable and renewable energy to at least 2,000,000 people. 2.Improving Infrastructure across Hutori to ensure that every single part of Hutori has good road connectivity and to ensure 24/7 power, replacement of Overhead Cables with Safer Underground Cables will be undertaken across the country As Overhead Cables can be easily damaged during times of Blizzards and Hurricanes underground cables may prevent power cuts which may arise. |
